Robust Road Repair, the mother manufacturer of Asphalt and licensor of Asphalt distribution with Repair Holdings, supplied asphalt for the construction of the airport runway at Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International Airport in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, in 2010.
The main reasons for using asphalt were:

Moreover, the specific mix of asphalt used can be tailored to withstand the local climate conditions, ensuring the runway remains functional and safe throughout its lifespan.
